STOP BREAKING OUT

I used to have clear skin, but suddenly, I started breaking out.
So I started paying attention to what I do, eat, because I wanted to pin the reason down.
I began cutting some foods out of my diet and just paid attention to how my body was reacting. This is what I found out/noticed.


Včasih sem imela čisto kožo, brez kakršnegakoli mozolja, nato pa so se mi kar naenkrat začeli pojavljati. Tega mi je bilo dosti, zato sem začela opazovati, kaj delam in jem, da bi lahko lažje ugotovila vzrok moje nečiste kože. Postopoma sem pričela odstranjevati določeno hrano z jedilnika in opazovala, kako bo moje telo reagiralo. 


Foods that break you out are:
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Overly salty foods
  • Saturated sugar (I cannot stress this one enough)
  • Soy (don't even get me started)
  • Salted peanuts (sadly enough, for me, they were inflammatory) 
  • Oily/fatty foods in general
Hrana, ki povzroča mozolje:

  • Mlečni izdelki
  • Jajca
  • Preslana hrana
  • Nenaravno sladka hrana 
  • Soja 
  • Slani adaršidi (na žalost)
  • Hrane z veliko olja/maščob (slabih maščob, seveda)



Some other causes:

  • This is pretty self explanatory and you've probably heard it a billion times, but do you drink enough water?
  • What do you wash your hair with? Maybe you recently switched your
    shampoo/conditioner
    ? Maybe your hair products are causing the break-outs because they're really harsh or greasy.
  • If you wash your hair while taking a bath, make sure you're not laying in the water full of your rinsed out shampoo and conditioner.
  • Still kind of the same as the two above, but when you're conditioning your hair, try to put your hair up in a bun, so it won't go down your back.
  • Pay attention to your skin after a day of full face make up. Maybe your foundation/powder is breaking you out. My skin breaks out after I put foundation on it, no matter what kind/brand.
  • You stress out. This one is simple enough so I don't think I have to explain more.
  • You've been drinking alcohol. 

Za nečistočo kože so seveda tudi drugi vzroki : 

  • To smo vsi slišali že tisočkrat, ampak Ali spiješ dovolj vode?
  • S čim si umivaš lase? Mogoče si pred kratkim zamenjala šampon/balzam in si opazila mozolje? To ali pa kakšni drugi produkti za lase so velikokrat razlog za mastno kožo. 
  • Če si umivaš lase v banji, prosim ne ležati v vodi polni šampona in balzama. Za umivanje las vstani.
  • Še vedno govorimo o balzamu, ampak če imaš kakšen balzam, ki mora biti dolgo v laseh, ali pa mastno masko, si za tisti čas odmakni lase s hrbta (spni z veliko špango na vrh glave), da ne bo tisto mastno lezlo po tvojem hrbtu.
  • Kadar uporabiš puder, in imaš tisti make up cel dan, opazuj svojo kožo. Morda pa ti ravno tvoj puder povzroča mozolje?
  • Pod stresom si. Tu ni kaj reči, saj vsi vemo, da se naše telo odzove na stres. 
  • Piješ alkohol. Včasih, po kakšnem dnevu(dnevih?) pitja, lahko koža burno odreagira, ker je bila dehidrirana in zastrupljena. 


I suggest drinking my detox drink in the morning instead of coffee/tea with milk, or just switch from milk to almond/oat/coconut/quinoa/rice milk (just, do your taste buds and your skin a favour and don't drink soy milk).
You can try eating flaxseed (plant based omega fatty acids your body needs),  green tea, plant based probiotics, etc. 
Include more plant based meals in your every day and your skin should start to clear up step by step.

Priporočam pitje detox pijače po mojem receptu, ki sem jo objavila na blogu vsako jutro namesto kave/čaja z mlekom, ali pa samo zamenjaj na rastlinsko mleko. Naredi svojim brbončicam in koži uslugo in ne pij sojinega mleka, haha. 

Lahko probaš v svoj jedilnik vključiti tudi laneno seme (super rastlinski vir omega maščob, ki jih telo potrebuje), zeleni čaj, rastlinske probiotike, itd.
Seveda ti priporočam jedilnik, ki vsebuje rastlinske proizvode, zelenjavo, sadje.. Koža se ti bo postopoma zahvaljevala.
